The House
Beautifully decorated, exceptionally maintained three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, lake front home with private pool.
Located in the private gated community of Briarwood, this beautiful lake front home has a split floor plan which offers pool/lanai access from the master bedroom, guest bedroom and the living room.
The home has vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans, entertainment center (UHD TV), dining room, breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has three sliding glass doors that open up entirely to the lanai area with heated pool, outdoor dining and an area for sunbathing. In the evening, the pool is surrounded by soft landscape lights. Perfect for entertaining.
The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, private bath with oversized shower stall and garden soaking tub and private lavatory. This room also has a beautiful view and access to the pool/lanai/lake.
There are a further 2 well furnished bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and the second with two single beds.
The house is located approximately 4 minutes walk from the Briarwood Community sports facilities; swimming pools (adults and childrens), tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, sports fields and playground.

Minimum stay is 6 days. Maximum occupancy 6 persons. We are unable to accept pets.
Additional fees applicable to all bookings: Florida state and county tax 11% of total, cleaning fee $250, Briarwood community application fee $100. Pool heat is optional and is $105/week or $300/month.
We market the property directly as well as through a variety of well known vacation rental sites. When booking direct we accept Paypal, Zelle, USD (check), GBP (BACS transfer) and Euro, all with no surcharge fees. Credit card payments are also accepted from any currency with a 4% finance fee. The advantages of booking direct are that there are no third party service, booking or administration fees charged.
Terms: 25% due at booking, full payment required 60 days prior to check-in.
